Did anyone actually have fun watching the Eagles last year? I didn’t. That was bad football. I think I turned more games off before the final gun than I ever have in my decades as a fan.
2021 is a new year. However, unlike previous seasons, expectations are low in Philadelphia. Like really low. People are not convinced that Jalen Hurts is the guy at QB, the defense has lots of questions to answer, and Nick Sirianni has not convinced anyone he can turn around this young roster.
Eagles Prop Bets – 2021 NFL Season
These low expectations have led the sportsbooks to grade the Eagles to have another poor season. Here are the prices for the team’s win totals, winning the NFC, and hoisting the Lombardi in February. The win total is based on the 17-game regular season schedule, and all prices not listed are -110.

Yeah, there is NOT a lot of confidence this season around the Eagles. We haven’t seen a lot of Hurts in game (and likely won’t until Week 1 in Atlanta). The Eagles have talent at some positions but virtually no depth across the board.
The win totals are interesting. Philly has the easiest strength of schedule for the upcoming season. They will face five teams who finished last in their division (which will include the cross-conference match-up with the Jets). The average winning percentage for opponents is .430.
Divisional Prices
Last year, despite their poor play, the Eagles managed to stay in the divisional race until Week 16, when they lost in Dallas. This season, Philly is pretty low on the futures boards to win the conference or Super Bowl. So are most teams in the East.
Here are the Eagles’ prices to win the division and finish in the other places in the East:
BetMGM | Caesars | DraftKings | FanDuel | FoxBet | PointsBet | |
Win | +500 | +500 | +500 | +450 | +500 | +525 |

Philadelphia is the only team with a new coach. Dak Prescott will be back in the lineup for Dallas. Washington won the division last year, and New York will have another season under the belt of Daniel Jones and the returning Saquan Barkley.
This might be one of the toughest divisional races to handicap. Mostly because these teams are still very inconsistent and played like garbage most of 2020. The Cowboys’ defense added Micah Parsons in the draft but still have many questions on the line. Dak Prescott has weapons but can he get them the ball?
Washington probably has the best defense in the division but won’t be able to sneak up on teams, and have to play three more division champs than everyone else, including conference finalists Green Bay and Buffalo. Running backs don’t bounce back immediately from knee injuries (honestly, no one does). Also, Joe Judge isn’t making anyone think he’s the second coming of the Big Tuna.
Right now, the Eagles seem to be playing it conservatively. Sirianni has shorter practices and isn’t playing stars in the preseason to keep guys safe and fresh.
However, there have been some really impressive catches made in training camp and Hurts’ compact throwing motion should prevent him from banging his hand against linemen’s helmets with his follow-through (remember all the games Vick missed cuz he did that?)
