Per Mike Garafolo, the Philadelphia Eagles have released offensive lineman Nate Herbig. The news was confirmed by his agent Ken Sarnoff.
The #Eagles agreed to release OL Nate Herbig, his agent Ken Sarnoff confirmed. Team had trade talks with a few teams during the draft but nothing materialized. Herbig, 23, signed his RFA tender last week, now hits the market as an unrestricted FA. Had 17 starts last two years.

NATE HERBIG BECOMES UFA
Herbig entered the 2019 NFL Draft but went unselected after a poor performance during the Combine. The Eagles signed him as an undrafted free agent, playing in only two games his rookie season.
In 2020, he made his first career start in Week 1, eventually starting in 17 games over the previous two seasons.
On March 15, 2022, the Eagles placed a restricted free tender on Herbig; however, they decided to release him today. The 23-year-old will now become an unrestricted free agent.
With the addition of offensive lineman Cam Jurgens, and the return of Isaac Seumalo and Jack Driscoll, there isn’t much room for Herbig on the line.
